The link is valid for 14 days, twice what the rules ask for, and the document stays saved on the phone.

    Create your account

    Register your company. You start with 15 free DeCAs and decide later how many you need a month or a year.

  2. 02

    Invite your drivers

    Name plus mobile or email. They get a link by SMS or email, confirm their details, pick language and channel, and they are in. Nothing to install.

    Upload the PDF and pick the driver

    Drop the PDF onto their row. We add the cover page with the QR code and send it on the channel you choose.

What is the DeCA?
The Documento electrónico de Control Administrativo: the mandatory digital version of the control document that accompanies every road freight movement in Spain. Since 5 October 2026 it has been presented as a PDF with a QR code. Paper without a QR code for direct access to the DeCA PDF is no longer valid.
What do I need to get started?
Register your company and invite your drivers. They confirm their details from their phone and can receive documents right away.
How do I produce the PDF if I have been printing until now?
With the standard Windows function to save as PDF, a tool such as PDFCreator, or our DeCA PDF generator, right in your browser.
What happens at a roadside check?
The driver shows the QR code on their phone. The officer scans it and reaches the document directly. The link is valid for 14 days.
What if the driver has no signal?
The DeCA is saved on their phone the first time they open it, so they can show it offline.
Which channel does the driver get it on?
WhatsApp, SMS or email. You choose the channel on every send.
Can I send documents from my own software?
Yes, there is an API. Write to us and we will walk you through the integration.
Does it comply with data protection law?
Yes. It complies with European and Spanish rules; storage and processing take place inside the EU.
What does it cost?
Billed per document by volume: from €0.09 with monthly payment and from €0.08 with annual payment. No set-up fee. You get 15 free DeCAs when you sign up.
The digital DeCA is now mandatory.
