Creating a DeCA document is simple.
Enter your transport details
Register your company at app.decaportal.es and enter your transport details. Fill in all the required information or just the details you already know. The driver can complete the remaining information later.
Assign a driver
Select a driver from your list and assign the DeCA document to them.
Send the document
Issue the document and send it directly to the driver via WhatsApp, SMS or email, according to their preferences.

Already have a DeCA document as a PDF?
No problem! Simply upload your existing PDF, assign it to a driver, and DeCA Portal will add a cover page with the QR code and notify the driver that the document is available.
